Mr. McGee has held numerous senior management and executive positions in a wide array of functional areas in several Fortune 500 companies including TRW and Computer Sciences Corporation during his 30+ year career. He has also been involved in several startup and franchise businesses.

Most recently, he has been selected and completed accreditation as an Executive Associate by the Institute for Independent Business. To be qualified to carry the IIB Executive Associate accreditation, one needs to be a mature businessperson who has held senior positions in business over a number of years, in most cases as a chief executive officer or business owner. Having proved that, a candidate is then put through a number of assessments to fully identify strengths and weaknesses and ensure that the Executive Associate is really experienced enough to "talk business" to other business leaders.
